When Jesus came back from Mount Hermon, He found the other nine disciples struggling with a demon. Afterwards they asked Jesus: “Why could we not cast it out?”
Pay attention to Jesus’ advice:
“However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.” (Matthew 17:21)
And this is exactly what is needed to climb Mount Hermon
Fasting – Denial of oneself (Sacrifice)
Prayer – Be in Spirit (no entertainment)
