Ah!!!

(Giovanni 15.16)

Eccomi qui, Signore Spirito Santo, che cosa vuoi che io faccia?

Ah! Che Giorno!

Day 21 of the fast of Daniel: The Last Day…

Day 21 of the fast of Daniel:  The Last Day…

It could have been in the first day;

Or any other day,

But it was on the last Day,
THE GREAT DAY OF THE FEAST when Jesus stood up and exclaimed…

There are two ways to exclaim: to shout revolted against a situation or to shout in a praising tone towards someone.

Jesus might have mixed revolt with joy;

Revolt for seeing His people deluded with so little and,

Joy for having presented a proposal for a feast without the last the day.

It’s true that the Feast of Tabernacles would bring together all the families of a distressful people around one faith;

That was a mark in their religious tradition,

But nothing that would satisfy the needs and anxieties.

He, Jesus, started that people with His friend Abraham,

He made him magnificent promises, but…

Because he had lost the vision of faith, the people also lost
the faith in the vision.

He would contempt himself with the little joy of that day,

A feast, joy, last day…

When he exclaimed,
“If anyone thirsts, let him come to Him and drink”. (John 7:37)

Jesus was saying that, if anyone wants something to make him happy forever, come to Me…

Drink from My water, from My Spirit…

That will make from your last day of feast, the first day of eternity.

I will make create in him a Fountain

Fountain to flow Rivers of Living Waters,

Rivers of glorious and eternal laughter.

Who are the guests?

The nobles? The great ones? The powerful ones of this world?

No!

Only the weary, burdened, sad and downcast;

Those who are sick and bored of the futile feasts

The empty, thirsty and afflicted ones…

Those who cry for the fame, success, money and pleasures
that do not satisfy the inner outcry.

If you feel yourself invited, so you are invited!

Drink from the Water of Jesus and receive a new life.

The Holy Spirit involves you NOW.

The Breath of Life, the Spirit of Life, the Essence of Life, the

Blow of Life, the Air of Life, flow from the deepest of your inner being.

“…and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no one will take from you”. (John 16:22)

May your life be a vessel of honour for the glory of the Lord Jesus!

21º Dia do Jejum de Daniel: O Último Dia…

Poderia ter sido no primeiro dia;

Jesus deveria ter misturado revolta com alegria;

É verdade que a Festa dos Tabernáculos unia as famílias de um povo sofrido em torno de uma fé;

Apenas os cansados, os sobrecarregados, os tristes e abatidos;

Os enjoados e enfadados de festas fúteis;
